Want to change the world? Change your consciousness.

I've witnessed a lot of finger-pointing recently. You know, the kind of situation where one person, unwilling to face up to his own part in creating a particular situation, blames life/ 'the universe', the government, whoever for what is going on. It often stems, it would seem to me, from the person feeling vulnerable about - or powerless to change - something in her life - that she can't 'control' things around her. And it can be because of something she feels powerless to change - like climate change, a certain US president, or, for those in the UK, Brexit, for example (and often the key, here, is to realise it's OK to be vulnerable... it's actually OK to not be 'in control', ie, to 'feel the feeling' and allow it to process through... and expand). Just as often, however, it stems from something that she could perhaps change, would she just stop 'projecting it outwards', ie, onto someone else Read More...

Do you allow yourself to fully feel?

November 8th, 2017 by Tonya

I'm having a run of transformational coaching clients who seem well-practised in the art of what we might call 'emotional numbing'. Because events in their past have been experienced as 'too traumatic' to truly feel, they have learnt to suppress authentic emotion. And this response has, over time become so instantaneous - especially around key 'karmic' issues in their lives - that they find it hard to access the emotion at all Read More...

Living in the 5D – it’s all about listening!

October 26th, 2017 by Tonya

I have the pleasure of living with a group of like-minded friends - a mini-community of sorts. There's something about this group of souls that gels. Though every one of us is very much his or her own person, it's like there is an innate and often unspoken flow that happens between us - each one of us is living from an awareness of the importance of following 'the flow' and is doing what they can to surrender to it and, as such, there's a beautiful 'weave' that goes on throughout the day Read More...

The Little White Feather cleanse – is it for me?

March 6th, 2017 by Tonya

The countdown to our annual 21-day 'conscious cleanse' begins tomorrow. To give you some idea of whether you'd like to join us for the cleanse, here's what it entails. The diet consists of gradually taking out of the diet all those foods - and drinks - that may be 'fighting' with the body, ie, pretty much anything that doesn't occur in nature or that may be difficult for your body to digest Read More...

Time for a spring clean?

March 5th, 2017 by Tonya

We're 12 days away from the start of our annual 21-day 'conscious cleanse' on Little White Feather – join us, if you can – and so I thought it was about time to start talking about what we're going to be doing - and why we're doing it. For me, lapses of energy for no apparent reason, pronounced mood swings, feeling uncomfortable in my body, aches and pains Read More...

Anchoring the energies

I have the joy of living in a little mini-community of friends at the mo' and we all share a real passion for life, a trust in its constant unfolding and a desire to live as close to the earth as possible. One of the things I love most about living with these friends is our early morning meetups around a candle Read More...

One day tenderness will move the world

January 31st, 2017 by Tonya

You know, a number of people have asked me recently, 'What do you feel 2017 is 'about?' And, what with the 'fallout' that's taken place since a certain US president took his seat, the volatility of the situation in parts of the Arab world and with the effects of climate change becoming more pronounced and unpredictable in many corners of our beautiful planet, it's clear to see that it's going to be both a radical and a challenging one Read More...
