Last chance to join our teacher training programme!

I've noticed a growing demand for many of the courses I teach in the past few years - and with co-counselling, this growth has been pretty exponential. So many people are overwhelmed and struggling to adjust to a world that is changing before their eyes. Those of you who have already trained as a co-counsellor have a tool in your hands that can help these people!

As a co-counsellor, you’re in the perfect position to bring new co-counsellors into the world. And you can use these existing skills to earn money or even launch your own business – and, because of new online teaching methods - you can now do theoretically do this from anywhere - though a 'blended' on-offline approach is always shown to be the most effective.

Why should you become a co-counselling trainer?

As an existing co-counsellor you are perfectly placed to benefit from the growing demand for our craft. As existential threats loom ever larger in our lives, more and more people are turning to co-counselling for comfort. You could use your skills to help provide solace and reassurance to others, while boosting your income or even setting up your own business!

Learn anywhere. Earn anywhere.

I’m now offering my annual co-counselling teacher training to an international audience. This means that, no matter where you are in the world, you can learn to teach co-counselling. All that’s required is a good working knowledge of the techniques that you were taught in your original Fundamentals course – and to be able to attend the four-day in-person teachers’ retreat that’s included as part of the programme (July 11-14, in London).

There are so many benefits you will gain from doing the course. You’ll…

  • bring new meaning to people’s lives;
  • earn money with your existing skills;
  • learn the skills you need to train new co-counsellors both on and offline;
  • gain the confidence to teach from the comfort of your own home and
  • benefit from my three decades of experience as a trainer (I’m now one of the UK's, if not the world’s most experienced co-counselling teachers).

How will you learn on the course?

The course runs for three months from May (course starts May 16) to July. You will gain the confidence to bring new co-counsellors into the world, through participation in online seminars, collaborative exercises and more - and will be expected to commit to approximately two hours of home study/ collaborative exercises with other participants every two weeks.

You will benefit from the world’s first international co-counselling teacher training. Not only does this mean you can train in the comfort of your own home – with the exception of the four-day London event - but you will become familiar with the online tools which you can use to train other co-counsellors online in future (much of the course will be taught through online platforms like Zoom and Facebook). So you will gain confidence in using these online tools, whether you choose to use them in your future co-counselling trainings or not.

So what’s next?

There are just five spaces remaining on this year’s programme, so please get in touch if you would like to claim one of them.

'Co-counselling has been life-changing for me. Although I’ve had considerable experience of traditional coaching, a range of psychotherapies and numerous complementary therapies over time, to deal with emotional and behavioural patterns stemming from childhood, when I took the co-co training with Tonya a few years ago, I knew this was my ‘final resting place’ from a therapeutic point of view.

‘I yearned to share it with others, but wasn’t sure I had what it took to teach co-counselling. This programme was a real turning point for me. It gave me the confidence to go out there and teach the tool that has changed my life in so many ways. I would recommend it heartily to anyone who feels similar.'
